Developer Support
The signageOS Developer Support Team is looking for a smart, driven, problem solver to join and grow with the signageOS team as the company rapidly expands operations globally. This person will provide dev and tech support in the evolving digital signage landscape through communication with company partners and digital signage development experts. This role includes both project and support responsibilities.
As experts within the digital signage industry, signageOS will provide this person with the opportunity to continually grow as a developer, learn about digital signage technology and evolve as a professional in IT, networking, and streaming technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide developer guidance and help to signageOS partners and customers
Participate in the testing process and new feature evaluation
Respond to system inquiries and troubleshoot reported issues, provide ongoing technical support
Provide process/system support
Assist in the maintenance of functional user documentation
Become a subject matter expert on digital signage integrations and development
Build strong relationships through problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, and communicating promptly on progress
Track system issues and enhancement (feature) requests for review and resolution by the development team
Aid in the creation and maintenance of standard support procedures and training materials.
Communicate effectively across teams to meet project timelines and deliverables
Testing of applications for various professional displays and other HW devices, written by signageOS
Testing of signageOS cloud platform
Requirements
Experience identifying and resolving issues independently would describe oneself as a “troubleshooter”
Relevant work experience in a similar role
Systems support experience, previous participation in system testing and system implementation activities are a plus
Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations – ability to serve multiple customers
Consistent delivery on commitments - great organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
